This week we are visiting our good friends Judy & Marlene who live just outside of Rocky Mountain House - west of Calgary in the Province of Alberta.
The girls were very generous in allowing us to camp in their driveway for a little rest and relaxing visit... their area is very quiet and serene a perfect place to take a rest from all the sightseeing and playing that we've been doing.
This is their beautiful barn a 1905 barn which they restored beautifully and now houses their workshops and an upstairs apartment. Our RV is peeking out from the side where we camped for our visit.
Judy and Marlene have 3 beautiful Tennessee Walker horses that came to say good evening to us each night and good morning to us each morning. Beautiful and friendly gals like their owners. I am going to try to get some good photos of these little gals later this week.
When it was time for supper we all tried to pitch in with food and work - we did the Huckberry BBQ Chicken on the barbie this evening- Cheryl is the barbie queen.
Flo pitched in with cooking the mushrooms, while Marlene made the salad by the sink.
We ate our dinners 'Family Style' in their cozy kitchen.

Our hostesses have been gracious and kind in sharing their space and we are so grateful for the time to kick back and totally relax here.
